Background
Bank Loan Services provides contract mortgage processing services to community banks throughout California. Your bank will fund your mortgage loan but we will handle all of the processing leading up to the actual funding. We have been assisting community-based financial institutions in offering purchase and refinance mortgages to their customers since 1993.

The mission of Bank Loan Services is to facilitate mortgage lending through community banks by offering competitive mortgage rates and outstanding customer service. In doing so, we help community bank customers realize the American Dream of homeownership.
Loan Programs
We work in conjunction with your bank to offer unique loan programs as well as the standard loan programs offered by traditional mortgage companies. We will assist you in determining the loan program that comfortably fits within your budget, yet allows you to buy the most house you can afford.

Without the right knowledge, obtaining a mortgage can be an incredibly daunting endeavor. Bank Loan Services strives to ensure that obtaining a mortgage is not a test of your will of survival, but rather a painless and worthwhile undertaking.

Borrowers are now able to obtain loan approvals in as little as three days and move into their new homes within two weeks. This has been made possible by forums such as the Internet providing the means for fast and convenient access between borrowers and lenders.
